CTPL (OSAGO) is a type of compulsory civil liability insurance for motor vehicle owners.
Provides compensation for damage to the life, property, or health of victims as a result of an accident.

The liability limits under the OSAGO policy are approved by the Resolution No. 107 of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic dated March 4, 2022, as follows:
Amount of 300,000 KGS
Group I - Amount of 200,000 KGS
Group II - Amount of 150,000 KGS
Group III - Amount of 100,000 KGS
"Disabled child" category - Amount of 200,000 KGS.
in the amount of actual expenses for outpatient and/or inpatient treatment, but not exceeding 100,000 KGS.
In the amount of the damage caused, but not exceeding 150,000 KGS for each victim, and not exceeding 450,000 KGS for all victims.
